Can I upgrade my graphics card and other internals on my 2018 15” MacBook Pro with Touch Bar to turn it into a gaming computer? I tried Apex Legends running on Parallels and the game just crashes.

No. All is soldered to the logic board—


you may however be able to run a eGPU, you will have to verify—

eGPUs rely on the VRAM installed on the card, not the system RAM. It's your software that relies on system RAM.
