Hello. I’ve downloaded “gradient” app to try the trial 3 days version. But money from my card was charged (19,99$) without my approval.
I would like to receive my money back, because my trial period still works and I wanted to try app, not to buy.

Hello, I have the same problem, and I keep receiving below answer.
I would like to get a refund since I am charged within the 3 day free trial period, and I cancelled the subscription just after I downloaded the application.
Same happened to me. What a cheating app and Apple does nothing!
Same here. The worst thing is - 20$ is a lot of money in some countries, including mine. Apple just doesn't care as long as they get their cut I guess
