Mail app keeps quitting.

My mail app keeps quitting on me. I have reset NVRAM, removed com.apple.mail-shared.plist, deleted Envelope Index, Envelope Index-shm, and Envelope Index-wal files, but no change.

I am using High Sierra, on an iMac 2011.

Will also attach etracheck report here. Any advice is appreciated.

Yes, I deleted Cleanmymac files (MacPaw). I've run a new Etracheck and noticed this mention:

Hi Jeanette,

Nobody likes hearing this, but uninstall CleanMyMac per their directions.

Delete this File & restart in Safe Mode...

~/Library/LaunchAgents/com.apple.SafariBookmarksSyncer.plist

~ tilde indicates hidden Home Library.

Apple hid the Users' Library folders...

Method 1:

  1. From the Finder, select the Go menu at top of the screen, and choose Go to Folder.
  2. In the window that opens, enter ~/Library, and click Go.

Safe Boot from the HD, (holding Shift key down at startup), does the problem occur in Safe Mode?

Safe mode attempts to repair Disks & clears lots of caches, so if Safe Mode works try again in regular boot.

Assuming all your Mail is IMAP & not POP, highlight Inbox, from Mail's Mailbox menu choose Rebuild.

Mail app keeps quitting.
