I am also unable to try and pay to watch the same film on iTunes?


all software and apps are up to date and no restrictions placed by work

iPad, iOS 13

Look in Settings->Screen Time->Content & Privacy Restrictions->Content Restrictions->Movies and make sure its set to at least as high a level as the rating for the movie you want to watch.


In general, Allow all is the best option if you have no issues with R or NC-17 rated films
