Just activated my new iPhone 11 on Verizon. I have followed multiple troubleshooting tips like Do Not Disturb and Clock settings. I have no 3rd party apps to block calls.
Any suggestions?
Go to Settings/Phone. Is Silence Unknown Callers on? If it is all calls from numbers not in your contacts will go to voicemail. If this is not the problem contact your carrier.

If you aren't getting the voicemails, that's a Verizon issue. Did you buy the phone from Verizon?
