Sorry but I haven't noticed if its specific keys. Just that when typing I sometimes have to go back and put in missing letters (I haven't noticed numbers being a problem). Unfortunately I cannot check as it all seems to be working fine at the moment. Is it worth trying the software fix you mention and see if it happens again?
