Is it possible to share iTunes Family Sharing with friends?

There is no restrictions that family sharing has to be blood related.


But it should be someone you trust.


And make sure you dont turn on any functionality you dont want to have.

Although I’m still puzzled by these events:

I’ve sent an invitation; it was accepted. Later, I received a notification from Apple stating that member “is no longer participating in family sharing.”

That member said: “I think I accidentally signed out.”

I’ve sent a new invitation, and notified that family sharing new member, but my settings show “Invitation sent.” And when I touch that, the following shows “Invalid Invitation. This invitation is no longer available.”

I can’t make sense out of this.
