Hi Rasah,

We appreciate the reply. For confirmation, you're seeing an alert that your iPhone is experiencing an issue and needs to be restored. Is that right?

If so, this resource may be helpful: If you can't update or restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch. You would typically need to restore your device as shown in the screen you posted, but you can restore backed up data after: Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch from a backup

Best wishes.

Hello Rasah,

Welcome to the Apple Support Communities. Thanks for posting about the issue you're experiencing with your iPhone. I'll be happy to see how I can help.

Can you provide a translation of the alert you're seeing, and as much specifics about the issue as possible? Knowing more about the issue will help point to the best steps for you to try.

If you're seeing an alert that your device appears to be in recovery mode, this might be your best starting point: If you can't update or restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch. Otherwise, please reply back with a translation of the alert.

Best wishes.

Hi Rasah,

Thanks for the follow-up! When you say it didn't help, what happened? If you're seeing an error message, what does it say? Be sure to include as much specific detail as possible

If you ran into an error message while you were trying to restore the iPhone, the resources below might be useful:

If you see an error when you update or restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod

iOS update and restore errors

If you see error 9, 4005, 4013, or 4014 when you restore your iOS device

Feel free to reply back here with an update on the issue if those steps don't seem to help.

Enjoy the rest of your day.
