Not working

Hello I Have A Problem Where My iMac Would Just Start Up Stay On The White Screen For A While. Then A ? Mark Inside A Folder Pops Up.

The symbol you describe means the mac is not detecting a valid file system.

Restart your mac while pressing and holding the Command and R keys.

This should boot your mac to your Recovery HD, when it has booted up

then select Disk Utility from the Utilities window. Run First Aid on the

Volume possibly titled Macintosh HD, or whatever you called it.

See if it fixes any errors. If you get the green check mark

then try rebooting normally.
