how do you block explicit songs apple music for ipad?

i've found a bunch of people who already asked this and all they're answers said go to settings/general/restrictions and it'll be somewhere in there. I'm not finding "restrictions" in my list of available options on my iPad. could that be because of the upgrade from iOS to iPad OS? Was the setting moved to a different place? The most recent post I saw was from before the release of iPad OS, and it's the only reason I can think of as for why it's not there.

iPad, iOS 13

Hi there, Optimist__Prime.

I see that you'd like to block explicit songs in the Music application on your iPad. The problem is, you can't find which setting to use in Screen Time, and I'm glad to help with this.

Use parental controls on your child's iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch -- You can place a restrictions on explicit songs by going to Settings > Screen Time > Content & Privacy Restrictions > Content Restrictions, and change Music, Podcasts & News to "Clean". Explicit songs can still be seen, but they'll be grayed out and won't play or download.

Take care.
