I would like to "Screencast" my iPad screen in a small window one my 16 inch MacBook Pro screen

I have an iPad for school which gave me the push I needed to get a MacBook Pro 16 inch. My iPad is on my school account and login. My MacBook is logged into my personal Apple account. How do I either share the iPad screen in a window on my MacBook or "Sidecar" the dislay without changing the account each device is logged into?

I have a cord to connect the two devices; they also share bluetooth and wifi.
