Reminders app error

I try setting a reminder at a specific time and it keeps disappearing and only is created for the specific day and not the specific tim. Is there anyway of fixing this problem ?

Please check your Time Zone>

go to Settings > Privacy > Location Services > System Services and select Setting Time Zone. Check that your device shows the correct time zone in Settings > General > Date & Time > Time Zone
