Widgets
Can I add widgets to my home screen from an individual app like I could on an android device? I just got my iPhone two weeks ago and I’m trying to learn all I can.

I don't have Google Sheets, but if it's similar to other apps, when you view a particular spreadsheet, in the bottom toolbar there may be a Share icon. If so, when you tap that Share icon, is there the option "Add to Home Screen"? ...There's also this:

Thank you but let me clarify.
i have google sheets on my iPhone. There is one particular spreadsheet on it that I would like to add to my homescreen. On android I could do this directly from google drive.
I also have a note application on which I am trying to do the same thing.
Is third possible with the iPhone?
I tried both options. As to the ‘Add to home screen’ option, it does not appear on my iPhone. And the other idea, I went there as well but that didn’t help either.
i will just continue using two steps instead of one. Thank you for trying.

See in the GIF below, how you can add more widgets.
I am guessing this won’t work. I tried using shortcuts but the app I needed was not listed
