Open the FaceTime app on your Mac, then log in with your Apple ID. You can now make FaceTime calls to anyone in your address book, and anyone can contact you using FaceTime with your Apple ID email address. If you want to be reached on your phone number for FaceTime, and you have an iPhone, you can enable this setting in FaceTime preferences. From the Menu Bar, click FaceTime > Preferences and check with which contact methods you want to receive FaceTime video and audio calls. You can also check the FaceTime User Guide by clicking Help in the Menu Bar at the top while you have FaceTime open.
