Payment info update

Trying to update payment info. Keep getting message stating "We've run into a problem, please try again later." Any ideas on how to fix this?

iPhone 7 Plus, iOS 13

Have you restarted your device since this started happening?

Restart your iPhone

Do you have access to another Wi-FI network that you can connect to and try again?
