This error message keeps popping up on my MacAir. It's driving me insane. How can I get ride of it?

As an addendum to Mike’s response, these days most malware/adware is installed by downloading a fake Adobe Flash updater. If you are still using Flash consider uninstalling it. It’s not needed anymore and Adobe will be ceasing development. And never, EVER download any kind of installer or updater unless you obtain it directly from the developer’s website or the app it’s for.
