I have a Mac Mini (late2014) with macOS Mojave. I'm trying to update it to macOS Catalina, but systems update states it can not find the update. I check to see it the software is compatible and so far that is true. To make matters more annoying, system updates also show one update, but when I open updates everything is fine.
Run this command in the Terminal then reopen System Preferences > Software Update.
sudo softwareupdate --reset-ignored
