I am unable to delete an email account from my new iphone which has the ios13 software, i checked for answers on apple and the instruction i got was “go to settings and click on password & account” but i don’t even have that option on my settings. The closest to it is “password & security “ and when i clicked on that there was no delete email option, infact i could not even find the email account i wanted to delete on settings.

Note that Password & Security is under your Apple ID and iCloud. That is not where you need to be.
Open Settings ➔ Then SCROLL DOWN until you see Passwords & Accounts and tap on it. From that point on you can choose the email account that you wish to delete and then delete it.
