sending long video, 6 minutes, from your iphone8 as a message or email

My video exceeds the normal size for sending as a message or email - is there anything I can do -

iPhone 5c, iOS 10

Upload to iCloud and share a link.
Use --> Mail Drop limits - Apple Support up to 5GB
Save it to Files on Cloud Drives (iCloud Drive, Google Drive, OneDrive, DropBox, Flickr, box, AmazonDrive, Adobe Creative Cloud etc)
