Colour printing to deskjet 845c

Hi,

I am struggling to print in colour from my Mac. The orbit menu does not have a Show Details option and, try as I might, I can't find out how to install it. Any ideas please?

There is no need to use an Orbit menu. The 845c no longer has available drivers on HP's website. You might be able to use the open source drivers holding the Option key when you add the printer to the Apple menu -> System Preferences -> Print and Scan or Print and Fax. It will see the printer if it is turned on, and connected directly via USB. It will only see it wirelessly if both the Mac and the printer is setup for the secure wifi in your house (XFinity networks are not secure if named XFinity).
