Try turning it off and then force restarting your iPhone. Force restart iPhone - Apple Support After it restarts, then go back in and turn on AssistiveTouch. Do you have a problem with the iPhone that you are using AssistiveTouch?

Yes. Problem still exists. I did as you advised, but still did not help. The pointer also hangs and does not appear when I start using a click. A gray circle hangs in the center of the screen and does not respond to my actions.
Try turning the iPhone off and back on again. If that does not help, then go into Settings and turn AssistiveTouch off and back on again.
I tried 3 times did it and did not help
