Contacts are recieving messages that I never sent them.

Multiple contacts on my phone have been getting a message from me. So far, I've had at least 4 incidents of this, all of which have received the message "Yeah" at different times. One got it around 12 PM, another at 7 AM. Should I be concerned? Is there a way to stop this?

Do you share you Apple ID with another device or anyone else? Just asking to ensure that those responses are not going out from a known source. If NOT then I recommend that you change the password of your Apple ID to secure against someone else who may obtained the credentials with a phishing or a related scam. Change the password to your Apple ID.
