I updates my system on April 2nd and System security on April 5th.
Then I experience same problem I found users posted 2 years ago.

Is it related to the update? Can this be solved? Yes every time when restart, I can get it normal back. But then it happen again and again, which causes I always lose some works I was working on to restart.

Safe Boot from the HD, (holding Shift key down at startup), does the problem occur in Safe Mode?
Safe mode attempts to repair Disks & clears lots of caches, so if Safe Mode works try again in regular boot.
