Mac won't find Printer

This "not finding the printer" issue keeps resurfacing. Tried restarting router and printer and still no luck. When trying to reset the printing system, that option is greyed out. (It's my work computer, so possible they've locked that capability down, but can't be sure). Any other ideas on how to get my printer recognized (and STAY recognized)?

If it is listed as AirPrint printer, delete the existing printer in

> System Preferences> Printers & Scanners, and add it again, select AirPrint.

Connect an AirPrint printer to a Wi-Fi network - Apple Support.
