Kernel Panic on Macbook Pro 16 - OS Versión: 10.15.4 (19E287)

Hi, I am facing rebooting problems of my macbook after leaving good time in sleep mode. The last few weeks is being repetitive (2 ~ 3 times a week), this is annoying and confusing for me.

Any idea what it might be? I share the error log waiting for help:

Open Energy Saver preferences and disable PowerNap. This is one source of the problem. An external monitor may also cause panics. You should also Reset the System Management Controller (SMC) on your Mac - Apple Support.
