Installation of macOS could not continue

Create a USB Installer:

Go Here: How to Create a Bootable Installer for macOS - Apple Support. Use a USB Flash Drive of 16GB. You would boot off of it, and would install it, as intended. Try it, all should be installed.

The Code to Use for Mojave:

sudo /Applications/Install\ macOS\ Mojave.app/Contents/Resources/createinstallmedia --volume /Volumes/MyVolume

That may just be a temporary server issue. I would give it a while, then try again.
