I can’t receive phone calls on my iPhone 7. I can call out send and receive sms and iMessages no problem. I’ve went through the list of things to do but nothing has worked

Also I hadn’t thought about it until now but I had downloaded an app called robokiller to block all the extended car warranty and student loan bs calls. About the time I deleted the app is when it all started.
Sounds like you didn't properly deactivate robokiller.

Yes! Every single step, a few times. I even spoke with apple they had me go through all the steps again still nothing.
I tried all these
What did your carrier say? Did they try replacing your SIM, or resetting your account?
They said “Um.. uh... we don’t know what’s wrong contact Apple”

Well, your carrier is the one that handles phone calls. they should be able to do something. But, answer Tim's question.
At first there was a message saying the mailbox can’t be found. Now it goes straight to my voicemail which isn’t the voicemail I set up.
Y’all are amazing!! No homo I love y’all 🤘🏼🤘🏼. Turns out all I had to do was dial *720 and it Unforward's my phone. Also I wouldn’t recommend robokiller. Thanks for y’all’s help God Bless
