Maximize iCloud use across all devices

Hey guys, I have set up my iCloud, and I'm looking to just have everything stored there, with very little actually locally on my devices. Right now my 2015 MacBook storage is almost full. Devices I have:

2x iPhone XS

iPad Pro

iPad 7th Gen

2015 MBP

2020 iMac

2x Apple TV

Apple Watch 5

Apple Watch 3

Basically I want to free up as much hard drive related space, and be able to access everything possible through iCloud.

Thoughts?

This is not how iCloud works.

It is a syncing service, not off device storage.

Content will be present on each of your devices to some degree, dependent on the content type and the device itself..
