my apple watch wont let me pair it to my phone during setup . when i do it gets past being paired then says i need to do an update then I click update and it just goes back to the beginning of setup and this is a constant repeat every time I try ...oh and I tried doing it manually but the 6 digit code doesn’t appear ... please can someone help me

What model of phone/watch is it and what version of software does each device have?.
It’s an iPhone 8 iOS 13.4.1 and the watch I can’t even get into the device because it won’t let me get passed the set up but the model is the 7000 series
7000 is the number of the type of aluminium the watch body is made from,it's not the model number of the watch.
