Tiny dots(scratches) on MacBook Pro 16''

I've bought my new 16'' MacBook Pro about 4 months ago. I handle it with absolute care, I put it in a microfibre laid laptop sleeve. And I frequently clean the screen using Apples guidelines.

I clean the screen so frequently because every time when I close the laptop the keyboard's keys are visible on the screen, as if they're pushed against the screen when the laptop is closed. And I like my laptop screen clean.

I tried to remove the dots with a microfibre cloth but that did not seem to work. What can cause this and is it covered under warranty?

You will have to take it in for assessment— there is nothing definitive I can say here about your screen...

In or out of warranty you can get a free over the counter 'Apple Service Diagnostics' test /assessment

I'm sorry but I have no idea what your picture is showing.

Regarding your MacBook Pro, maybe your keys are dirty/greasy from your fingers and when you put the computer into the sleeve or close the display there is pressure on the computer causing the keys to touch the screen. There is very little clearance between the keys and the display.
