i have i phone 7 plus and i forget my icloud ID and Password can any one help me to open it again

The Activation Lock requires the Apple ID and Password of the original owner who set it up. Usually the ID is theusers email address, but no one can guess your password. If you cannot remember it, Apple requires the original receipt clearly showing the serial number before they will help you. As the stores are now closed, you might click on Contact Support at upper right of any forum page to learn how they are handling such cases just now.
