Weird white bar across top of lock and home screen

I set a picture as my lock and home screen, and now I have a weird white bar across the top of my screen. It only appears on my lock and home screen. Anybody know how to fix this issue? I have an iPhone 7 and just updated to iOS 13.4.1

I would assume the picture you used is of different proportions than your screen.

You can choose a different picture or go back to the Wallpaper settings for that picture, but tap on the Enlarge button to fill the screen.
