Thank you all for your help this all started when I applied the Zoom app so my grandson can do his music lessons with his teacher. I have checked my settings and my zoom is off so can’t understand why it happened.

Thank you but trying to force restart the screen just blacks out for a minute or 2

I tried pressing home button three times but nothing happened
