Got the same problems since i bought my iphone 11. Currently running ios 13.4.1.
When I forward and email tha included attachments , i get asked if i wanna include attachements from original message .
Even i i press yess , upon sending i never get an attachment sent .. Same happens to reply all occasion .
Its quite tough cause i use my mobile for many mails replys daily .

Just Deleted and Added email acount .. Problem not solved . Still cannot copy and send any attachment .

What I always get above my signature is for instance
<xxxxxxxx.xls>
<xxxxxxx.pdf>
But neither me nor the receiver can see any attachment . only name of attachement that failed to be forwarded is avaiable .
All my emails run properly . When i need to “Forward” some attachement , or copy - paste and “reply all” I got a big Fail .
pdf , excel , words , screenshot all fail
The only thing i can see upon sending the mail is the name of the document that failed to be included on text like “<xxxxxxxx.xls>
<xxxxxxx.pdf> “”
On the other hand when i use on my Pc Mozzila thunderbird (mail app) i can send normaly all emails withought any problem :(

I had an problem with iphone auto signature that blocked alot of fuctions . When simple Html text was inserted into auto signature everything came back to normal

Who is the provider?
Have you tried restarting your phone?
Is the only affecting specific files or emails?
Can you try removing your email account and adding it back?
Mail Forward does not include attachements
