How does one create a list (numbered or bulleted) in Mail in iOS?

I am writing an email using Mail for iOS. I cannot find an option for creating a list (numbered or bulleted) when I long press the body of the email to get editing options. Kindly assist me.

If you have iPad Air 2 or iPad Air (3rd generation) you can update to iPadOS 13 where Mail has a formatting menu with available bullet and numbered list options.

If you have iPad Air (1st generation) the last available OS is iOS 12.4.6 and updating to iPadOS isn't an option. What you can try is create a list in the Notes app and copy and paste it into your Mail message.
