My iPhone won’t send messages to other iPhone users, but it will send messages to android users. I tried turning my phone off already, I have enough data without wifi. I highly doubt my phone carrier would have anything to do with this. Please help.

If you can't send or receive messages on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support

and maybe

If you get an error when trying to activate iMessage or FaceTime - Apple Support
