I accidentally deleted a iMessage conversation on my iPhone. Although I see on my iPhone that I have been storing my messages in iCloud... when I sign into my iCloud account there is not a messages app to enable me to retrieve my messages stored there. Thanks for any assistance.

If you delete message conversations from an iPhone https://support.apple.com/en-in/guide/iphone/iph2c9c4bfcb/13.0/ios/13.0
If you sign in with Apple ID and password used in iPhone at www.icloud.com the messages app will not be shown ( it is designed in this way only by apple engineers ) .
