Is my phone hacked

iOS / iPadOS devices cannot be hacked or infected with Virus / Malware / Spyware, unless you have intentionally downloaded spurious softwares or unauthorised apps directly from internet and installed on your device or/and have Jail Broken. 

It (Hacking) also depends on how careful are you in sharing sensitive and valuable informations of your iPhone such as Passcode, Password etc with your friends and family members.

I was on an app called Pinterest when I had clicked an image for a link to a hair salon and when I clicked the link it had said that I have been hacked for an adult website which idk what that means but does that mean my iPhone is actually hacked or is it a scam?

My iPhone is hacked after my identity was stolen!!
