Refresh old Iphone.
I would like to use my old Iphone but I forgot my old password which is still inside and I also change my Apple ID password. How I can continue? Can I found my old Apple ID password? Thank you.

This document says “without proof of your identity via security questions and other carefully selected criteria, Apple Support can't help you reset a password or perform any other actions on your account.”
