Photos won't upload from iPhoto album correctly

When I upload an album from iPhotos to iCloud or Photobox, the photos import out of sequence, there are some missing photos and some photos appear that are not saved in the album. I am trying to make a photo book but it's impossible with the album not importing correctly. I haven't had this problem before but haven't tried since I got this new MacBook. I am using Mac OS Catalina on a 2019 13" MacBook Pro. Any help would be welcomed.

Hey jetsetterlou,

I see you have a concern with uploading photos to iCloud and Photobox, because they appear out of order. I'll be happy to help out.

I was able to locate this resource on the Photobox website. It may help with the order of your photos: Photobox Help & Support.

For iCloud, are you using iCloud.com using a browser on a computer to upload a select amount of photos? If so, try again using another computer or browser to see if you have the same results. This will help isolate the issue.
