How can I access my iCloud account without unknown trusted mobile?

I’m a big fan to Apple and iCloud but today is a disaster to me after I trade in a new iPad and iPhone as I cannot login my Apple ID on both devices while the so called trusted mobile number in two-factor authentication is wrong. I do not know the asked mobile number and I can’t do anything to recover my account even after calling the support service hotline. I wonder the trusted mobile was being changed by someone or hacker and now I just wanna get my account back but I have no idea how to do. Please help me ASAP as I have quite a lot of important data on iCloud and I can’t live without it. Million thanks.

See Get a verification code and sign in with two-factor authentication https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204974  Below is an excerpt, but read the whole document. See the bold italics below.

“Whenever you sign in with your Apple ID on a new device or browser, you'll confirm your identity with your password plus a six-digit verification code. There are a few ways you can get a verification code. You can use the code displayed on your trusted device, get a text or phone call, or generate a code from your trusted device [see the additional information in the article].” A trusted device is an iPhone, iPad, or iPod Touch with iOS 9 and later or a Mac with OS X El Capitan and later that you've already signed into using two-factor authentication.

Account Recovery—Two-Factor Authentication (i.e., Recover your Apple ID when you can’t reset your password  https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204921

“If you can’t sign in, reset your password, or receive verification codes, you can request account recovery to regain access to your account. Account recovery might take a few days or longer, depending on the specific account information you can provide to verify your identity. “After you request account recovery, you'll get an email with a confirmation of your request and the date and time of when you can expect to regain access.” … When the wait period is over, Apple sends you a text or automated phone call with instructions to regain access to your account. Follow the instructions to immediately regain access to your Apple ID.”

Thanks for your info but this can’t help me any as the system needs the trusted mobile number to confirm my ID during request account recovery process. My problem now is: I don’t have any old trusted device on hand; and I don’t know the asked trusted mobile number. So I can’t request the account recovery even I know my account password. Any more idea can help? Thanks again.

I have just talked with the hotline support over an hour unfortunately she told me that there is no other method unless I can tell the trusted mobile marked in the system which is the one and only one solution she can offer. I don’t have and even don’t know the number and now she told me there is no way to get access to my account even I have the correct account password. That’s why I come here asking for expertises’ help.
