Lost Apple ID and Password

We upgraded our phones last year and my son doesn’t know his Apple ID or Password. I would like to use this old phone as a company phone but have ZERO idea how to reset it and use it as a new phone.

If you can provide a proof of purchase (receipt/invoice) of that device, you can try and visit an Apple Store and explain your problem. They should be able to help you.
