iphone 6s 32 gb storage is full. how can i save my music before i delete off my phone

How can i save my music before i delete some of it off my phone. My storage is full and I don't want to lose my music... 10GB plus!!

iPhone 6s, iOS 13

If music was purchase you can redownload them Redownload apps, music, movies, TV shows, and books - Apple Support

IF it was sync via itunes, then you resync them Sync your iPhone, iPad, or iPod using your computer - Apple Support

Hey... Thanks for the info razmee209. However, my sync seems to take for ever so I'm not sure if it's faulty. I have run a test and it seems all ok. I do receive a message every so often that it can't sync as my storage is full.

My phone can also not do a software upgrade.

When I sync my phone, does my pc not add more music onto my phone as I receive a message they my storage is full🤷🏼‍♀️

Then that means all your music is in your itunes media library. I generally copy my itunes media library and all my music to an external hard drive as a backup.

So you won't lose any music because you can sync them back once you delete more data off your phone to gain more internal memory.

I have tried that but I don't know how to do it from my laptop... Not very clued up with this sort of thing. ITunes is very complicated. Media player was easier when I had a Samsung 😊

Don't how to do what? Copy and paste your itunes media library/all music from your music folder on your computer to a external hard drive/thumb drive or cd?

Use google to guide you.
