Frozen

Hello, I'm with the XS and I tried all of the steps that were shown, but it's still frozen on the Apple logo and from time to time it just shuts off and then gets back to the logo. What should I do?

  1. Restart the device. That's it.
  2. Still not solved --> Force restart iPhone - Apple Support
  3. Follow the Apple article to resolve the issue --> If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch won't turn on or is frozen ...
