My father passed away, his phone is on my account but he has his own Apple ID. I want to transfer this phone to my Apple ID but I can't "contact the previous owner" to have them remove it from their account. Help!

contact Apple ID Support. Apple Support will need to see the original purchase receipt with the serial number/paperwork. They will also need to see a copy of the death certificate and a copy of the will or a document that shows you inherited it.
