Hi, I've read that changing a language of an ibook is not possible. But those posts are allready 6_8 years old. Is it still like that in 2020. Latest iOS on iPhone X.

She should just search for the books she wants to read by their Spanish title. If they are not available in Apple's store for France, then try Amazon instead and read them using the Kindle app.
(There is no way to convert books in one language to another language, you have the buy the book in the language you want to read.)
