I'm trying to redeem a code for a movie that I got from the blu-ray case, but I'm going around and around in a circle with the process. The instructions state: Go to itunes.com/redeem. When I do that it says: Connecting to the itunes store, but it never does. It's not suppose to be so hard or complicated to redeem a code.
Thanks. I've definitely already tried that before posting the question here. Guess I'll just get on with my life.
