My iPad is disabled

Sorry, but there is no way to remove the forgotten passcode on your iPad without using a computer, and following ALL the steps provided here:--> If you forgot the passcode on your iPad, or your iPad is disabled - Apple Support

The only things you can try are:

borrow a computer running the latest version of iTunes from one of your friends;

or, when they re-open, visit an Apple Store or Authorized Service Provider and ask them for help.

Please help me

My ipad is disabled , I erased through cloud and now I'm stuck . I don't know what to do I don't have a computer to do all the processes that it requires so as a result I'm only using my Huawei phone to access icloud through the net please help me somehow
