I have an iphone x from sprint and they told me they cant unlock it can apple unlock it for me?

No. Apple cannot unlock it. It has to be the carrier that the iPhone is locked to. That carrier can unlock it.

If it is locked to Sprint and you don't qualify to have it unlocked you will not be able to use it. Sell it to someone who uses Sprint.
