Wifi & Cellular is not working

My wi-fi is connected but the icon does not appear on the top corner. Also, my cellular does not work.

Well, it may be a hardware problem, but the first step is Settings/General/Reset - Reset Network Settings.

Followed by—>Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod to factory settings - Apple Support if the first step doesn’t fix it.


After that contact Apple Support using the link at the top of this page to arrange for a repair.
